Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard U.S. Shipping: 3–7 business days
    (Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier.)

Expedited Shipping

Customers may select expedited shipping at checkout for faster delivery. Expedited shipping speeds up transit time only and does not shorten processing time unless otherwise stated.

If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm availability and arrange expedited services if possible. Additional shipping charges will apply.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Shipping Information

C 2 Fashion is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Please carefully review your shipping information before completing your order.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, C 2 Fashion is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If an issue arises, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number. We are happy to assist you in filing a claim if needed.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.
